Harmless Magic - The Beach Episode (100 Watchers!)
Jessica smiled faintly as she awoke. Sunlight beamed through the window and the thin white curtains that were so long, they brushed the hotel room’s smooth wood floor. She rustled the sheets of her bed, matching in color to the curtains and rolled over onto her back, enjoying the sun’s warmth on her face. A hand reached out from next to her and touched her arm, before slowly stroking her chest. “Good morning. You sleep well?” Erica asked, lying on her side right next to Jessica. “After last night? Like a rock.” Jessica replied. “But I was still awake enough to hear your snoring.” Erica chuckled and gave her girlfriend a light shove. “Still, you can’t deny that last night was a blast, huh?” Jessica blushed in response. “I hope we didn’t keep the neighbors up.” - “Now do you see why we got the room with soundproof walls?” They laughed for a little while. “C’mon, let’s get dressed. We still have to meet our friends in the lobby by nine.” They got out of bed

Harmless Magic - The Junkyard
Jessica’s cheek pressed against the warm metal of an old car hood. She looked around as best she could, trying to see if she could spot any of her other body parts, but couldn’t move her head enough to get a good look. She tried feeling where the rest of her parts were, and while she could feel, it didn’t help much that she didn’t know where in the junkyard they were, let alone where her head was. Some of her parts felt like they were lying in the sand. Others on various pieces of metal. One of her hands felt like it was surrounded by cloth and cold metal. The cool air of the early evening sky prickled her skin. Great. Now what? She thought. “Well, what do we have here?” A female voice could be heard behind her. Jessica tried to turn and face her in vain, unable to move without the rest of her body attached. Suddenly she felt two hands grab her head on either side and lift her up off the hood of the car. The stranger turned Jess’s head around to face her, both confused and
“Damn it,” Jessica said, ruffling through her bag, digging past the items she packed for the trip. Her friend Kallahan turned to face the commotion. “What? What is it?” She asked, already having her bags packed and thrown over her shoulders, carrying a bag in each of her four hands. “I lost my ID,” Jessica replied. - “Does that mean you can’t come on the trip?” - “I don’t know. I’ll double-check, just to be sure.” Jessica began sifting through her possessions again, checking if she could find it, but still nothing. Keys, phone, journal, chapstick, knife… Wait. Knife? She looked down at the sharp blade sitting on top of some clothes in her bag. The green glowing blade dimly illuminated her smile. “I have a plan,” she said, turned to Kallahan with a grin on her face. Jessica ran to her closet and fetched a large plastic bin. Bringing it back to the room with all the bags in it, she placed the box on the floor. “I’m going to travel in here.” Kallahan glanced at the box, with its

Es-piece-ionage - Part 1
[Contains NBM/MBM content, plus some Metal Gear level high-stakes sneaking around. If you like spy stories, you'll probably find this mildly amusing, and definitely goofy] ***BUZZTSwuuzzzpZST***... ...*thud*... *...ah shit...* *hzzzz* "...Jerri? Jerri? do you copy Jerri?" "Copy loud and clear. Just a... minor weapons malfunction." Covert operations were no joke. Jerri had spent the last several hours breaking into the institute's base. Hiding in the undercarriage of a truck, traversing a barbed wire fence twice, a freak encounter with a security guard who was double her size (but now lacks kneecaps), and scaling 4 storeys to climb through a window, all in the dead of night in freezing temperatures, and having to do it in what HQ terms 'operationally appropriate' gear, consisting of a skimpy crop top and short-shorts, barely covering anything except from her knee and elbow pads, fingerless gloves, and combat boots. She didn't get much equipment either, again thanks to HQ wanting
